Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the resort was mixed—there were some enjoyable aspects, but several factors made it less appealing overall. The spacious accommodations and facilities were a highlight, and the onsen had a great view of the snowy landscape, but accessing various areas could be a hassle due to the cold weather. Additionally, the dining options were quite limited, and the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow, which detracted from the experience.
I had a fantastic stay at this resort, especially for a winter holiday. The facilities were excellent for families, the dining options were varied and enjoyable, and the service was helpful. However, the exterior of the buildings looked a bit outdated, and I think the rooms could use a mini bar for added convenience.
The resort had a cozy atmosphere and the family suite we booked was spacious and clean, but it was frustrating to navigate the dining options and shuttle service. While we enjoyed the free drinks and the play areas for the kids, the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of convenient meal choices and the uncomfortable temperature in the suite.
We had a fantastic family skiing holiday at Tomamu. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, making it a great base for our ski adventures. The resort offered a variety of dining options, although slightly pricier than other areas in Japan. While the ski schools were quite busy, the overall experience was very enjoyable, especially the incredible Ice Village. However, the location was a bit crowded with tourists, which could be overwhelming at times.
Our experience at the resort was overall enjoyable with fantastic facilities and a warm greeting upon arrival. The dining options were quite good, especially breakfast, but the price can be steep. However, the noisy upstairs footsteps in the rooms detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. The lack of a main lift compounded our frustrations, making skiing less accessible than we had hoped.
